When you make food with marijuana, you have to cook the weed in butter. The THC gets extracted into the butter and then you strain out the actual weed and throw it away. I'm wondering if they're going to try to bust this guy based on the weight of the muffins!

A younge man, baked hash cakes, and gave it to the school as retribution for a bad grade or something. They would not have died, they did not "extract" the THC in some magical arcane fashion, they baked hash cakes.
It is not piosoneous and anything beyond that is over reacting to a taboo that marijiuna is some kind of pioson that has "sickened" the "victims".
The only way this is dangerous, is if they died of laughter.

EDIT: It looks to me like it's from one of the newer Loose Change films or something. It can't possibly be security camera footage, the perspective is moving past the Pentacon at the time of the strike, looking back at a four or five o'clock angle.

Hutchison is that famous anti-gravity researcher in Vancouver, who routinely nearly destroys civilization as we know it while fucking around in his lab or whatever.
